I have nothing but great things to say about this place. From start to finish, Sam took the time to really hear me out on what I was looking for and needing. The staff here are excellent and professional. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from them, and each time, it has been a great experience. The dealership was great! The ABS MODULE was the problem! Not available to get!! Elizabeth Morris was great, she told me upfront what was going to happen with the part. No fault to anyone at Shottenkirk CDRJ... She was correct!

Would like to say Thanks to Logan, Albert and the other gentlemen that assisted my wife and I on the purchase of our 2023 Dodge Challenger T/A. My wife had spoken with Logan by text and over the phone about the car and as soon as we arrived they all three came to greet us and let us know our experience would be a good one. We were very happy with the experience. We really like the Challenger T/A too!

My review and opinion. This process was long and Panda in no quitter. He kept going in between us and the manager and did come up with a solution we could live with, I have to admit Panda is a very patient person with integrity

We went out looking for a tow vehicle for our RV. Stopped at Shotenkirk Jeep in Canton, Ga. ran into Panda 🐼 he is an incredible person. We all know the whole car buying experience can be long and we test drove several Wranglers and finally settled on the white one. Panda and the entire team were amazing we traded both vehicles in for one as we’re about to retire and hit the big road. Randy, aka Panda kept us entertained and happy throughout the entire day’s process, I just hope he made a good commission for spending an entire Saturday with us while we searched for our new (used) Jeep Wrangler, so let the adventures begin!!! Had a warning light on my dashboard about the stop start so I called Austin yesterday afternoon. He told me to come as early as possible on a Saturday. I was there 730. He got me right and took care of me. Had to replace the auxiliary battery which was called for.
