I went to Shottenkirk CDJR in Canton, Ga for an oil change for my 2019 Dodge Caravan. Also had my tires rotated. Using their Fast Lane service, no appointment, first come first served. Service adviser checked me in and I went to their waiting area to work. They have a couple tables in the waiting area, seating and a HD tv. The service advisor informed me when they pulled my vehicle into the bay. From there it was about a 1 hour wait. Simply a normal wait and time for an oil change. I'll return when it is time for the next oil change

Great experience my service advisor Jess has excellent customer service skills. She walked we through the process and was able to take my truck, fix it and return it back to me the same day. I was very happy about that.

My service advisor Jess at shottenkirk dodge is one of the best service advisor I have ever met took care my problems with my 2014 ram 1500 she contacted me about, when they was a issue and up to date all the time . She had the best service tech or techs on my truck. If I was going to carry my truck to any dodge dealership it would be in Canton georgia. They really know what they are doing.
