I'll keep it short and sweet Dustin was my service writer and he gave me information That got me to the dealership on a battery that was dying and when I got there, they were able to diagnose and do a minimal amount of service to get me up and running back to a 100% and it did not cost me but $217 as opposed to a $1000 or more. Thank you so much to the service department and Dustin moreover.
